drenched daily
- it would hard to live somewhere with full sun and unknown timing of being completely submerged by the ocean
favourite photo for feburary
- this one is possibly the best underwater beach photo I have taken so far this year that also prints really well.
I was worried the shadow on the sand would look dull, only to see it in the print and realise it adds dimension to the depth of the water.
I have no idea what to name this, and almost all photography competitions require a name
focus underneath
- i find it really hard to focus underneath the top layer of the water
– and i seem to just miss
i’ll keep practising !
technically terrible
- most photography training would say this photo is not sharp or in focus and that you are unable to make eye contact with the subject
and this is exactly why I really like this photo – because of all those reasons
this is a photo I think describes love of summer and water
I was taking photos of Kate while she was somersaulting underwater, which was her idea.
I couldn’t make the camera focus quickly enough on anything but the closest bubbles, the end result which I now really like.
let me know if the subject not being in focus means you like or dislike this photo ….
Woollamia boat ramp
– a busy creek that leads to Jervis Bay, and a great placed to eat fish and chips away from the busy Husky shops
feeling tied down?
- everything I have read about happiness has a re-occurring theme
find one thing to do a day that you like, and do it
follow the link under the photo to see more photos I have made – photography is happiness to me
Big teeth
For christmas I really wanted to do something fun with my family.
Christmas eve found us at Dubbo Zoo, riding around looking at the animals.
We fed the lions. The purr from the cat is disturbingly loud.
